Aloo Posto

Simple and full of flavor, this classic Bengali dish is made with potatoes and stars poppy seeds as its signature ingredient.

Ingredients:

Potato, Coconut Oil, Poppy seeds, Salt, Black Cumin, Sugar, Green Chili, Turmeric

Cooking Instructions:

1. Bring 7 oz(210 ml) of water to boil in a pot on a stovetop

2. Turn off the flame, empty the pack and stir well.

3. Close the lid for 4 mins

4. Serve hot with roti/rice and enjoy.

Microwave Instructions:

Empty pack into a bowl and add 7oz (210 ml) of water. Stir well and microwave for 4 mins. Cover for 4 mins. Serve hot with roti or rice and enjoy.
